Geez Harry, it's going to be tough listening to you.

You have the reputation for being the epitome of hype. My suggestion is to be the anti-Kramer.

So far, your reports look good...but how are you going to make me forget about AMZN, QCOM, and YHOO?

How about a little forgiveness? Welcome back Harry. People make mistakes, but that doesn't mean they don't still have great things to say.

I think it is awesome that you are forward and honest in your "about me" section. And, I think you are right on the money in your Google/Microsoft comments.

In all seriousness, are you serious?
You pulled the wool over the public's eyes for years and all things being equal you should be in the clink. In your defense however, a fool and his money are lucky to get together in the first place. Nevertheless, you knowingly mis-led (lied to) the public and investment community for years. You have no honor. What snake oil do you have to sell me now? Crawl back under whatever rock it is that you returned from. You have no credibility with anyone. You are a bold face liar.

Henry,

I am looking forward to adding you to my daily reading. I used to follow your research at my old firm. Yes, we all know the news of what happened.

I just want you to know that I do remember that you said only 5 or 6 of the Dot Coms will survive. You said that these would be a force. Well low and behold, I think Amazon, eBay & Yahoo! are doing pretty darn good. Plus you did mention that the others that don't make the cut will fade away. I was able to dump eToys early. Why wasn't this information brought to the publics attention?

Anyway, welcome back. I think this will be a good thing for the public to have another voice with which to compare opinion. All the best.

Greetings, and Best Wishes [despite all the past bad things about you].

As of some thirty years ago I decided that there was alot of validity to technical analysis, as well as the fundamental analysis that I learned a few years earlier while struggling through a security analysis course in college via Ye Olde, "Security Analyhsis," by Graham and Dodd. So as a part time/active trader/investor in stocks, I was able to use my skills - even limited - in technical analysis to escape with substantial profits from all of your recommendations that pumped the prices of the likes of AMZN, YHOO, QCOM, and others sky high, as well as the recommendations of Mary Meeker, and others who should have also been kicked out the securities business. So I take this opportunity to thank you, and your colleages for running up the prices of stocks like you did. I could never have made all that money with you.

Whatever happened to old, "what's her name," of Goldman Sachs who kept tauting the Dow to 12,000, or was it 12,000,000? Dow Diamonds were not available back then, but her touting of the Dow certainly pumped up the S&P which enabled me to make out like a burgler on S&P futures - both on the way up, and on the way down. If you ever communicate with her, give her my thanks.

A big shout out welcome to the man that helped make the bond market soar! Harry, as a bond-guy, I sweated out the late nineties selling candles in the age of the lightbulb while you, Abby JC, Grubby and others pumped and hyped. It was a tough go until March 2000. For the last 5 years, my bond brethren and I were the BMOC's at the cocktail parties, and the internuts like you were the lepers. Thanks for the bubble, BK

Hi Henry,

I do remember those lofty times. For those of in silicon valley now when headhunters call about the next great start-up we politely pass them off.

Everyone wants to work in public companies, with products, down and dirty with real revenue models.

Some of the internet companies made it, most did not.

You are totally right about sun and google. Google is in a state of controlled havoc copying everything yahoo has done. There can not possibly be any plan there anytime soon beyond that. Even rank and file low level managers have $2 or $3 million - do you think these people will stick around?

Doubt it.

Google and Sun is a no op.

We met on quite a few occasions during the "bubble" era, and both now find ourselves no longer a part of the sell side (in my case I've moved over to the buyside) and after reading through the entirety of your blog, I wanted to say I appreciate the forthright approach you've taken to your famous, er, infamous, past.

I suppose people desiring intelligent internet business analysis can simply choose to ignore you -- just as they would a granny's knitting blog. Thing is, granny actually has expertise and insight to share. I see no reason why a few years wandering elsewhere could have made you any more credible than you were during the height of your ethicless larceny.
